I had the pleasure of teaching two leather flower-making workshops in Florence: a leather orchid class and a class featuring my brand-new leather rose design.
It was wonderful to welcome students from different countries, including participants who travelled from Norway and Germany to attend the workshops.
One of the unexpected challenges was that, at one point, I needed to teach almost entirely in Italian. With the help of ChatGPT, I was able to communicate the instructions clearly and keep the class running smoothly.
I was very pleased with how both workshops went. It was a rewarding experience, and I hope the techniques and knowledge shared during the
classes will continue to support and inspire each student in their future work.
