FLOWER MAKING FROM LEATHER 4 Day | Monday 20 – Thursday 23 March 2023
Participants will go through all the stages of the process of creating flowers from the leather and suede.
This will include preparation of materials, making patterns, assembling and finishing techniques.
Particular attention will be devoted to making flowers from suede and their dying techniques.
Students will learn how to work with a wide range of Japanese style flower making tools.
The students will learn in detail how to make a beautiful realistic looking flower from leather.
They will learn to modify existing patterns and design their own flowers.
